On this page you will find links to the four DME MAC websites.  MAC is an acronym for “Medicare Administrative Contractor.  If you are a physician office with DME billing privileges, this is a useful resource for you and your staff to use.  There are four (4) Jurisdictions for Medicare DME MACs.


Where your practice is located will dictate which MAC you are assigned to for billing Medicare for the DME you dispense in your practice.
